• Quotations are provided based on site measurements and requirements.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment (as communicated at booking).
• Remaining payment must be made on or before the completion of installation.
• We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

3. Installation & Warranty

• Installation timelines are provided during booking but may vary due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions.
• Warranty (if applicable) is valid only for manufacturing defects in materials, not for physical damage, misuse, or external factors.
• Customers must ensure that installation areas are accessible, clean, and safe for our technicians.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests made before material dispatch may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Once materials are cut, customized, or installation has begun, no refund will be issued.
• In case of service-related disputes, NGR Safety Nets will attempt to resolve them amicably.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must provide accurate site details and measurements for quotations.
• The customer should ensure safety for workers during installation (ladders, scaffolding, or access support if needed).
• Any damages caused by customer negligence during or after installation will not be covered by NGR Safety Nets.

6. Limitation of Liability

• NGR Safety Nets shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused due to misuse, mishandling, or non-maintenance of installed products.
• Our liability is limited strictly to the cost of the product/service purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, and content related to NGR Safety Nets are the intellectual property of the company.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Amendments

• NGR Safety Nets reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Updated terms will be posted on our official website and shall be effective immediately.
